CL and DL series high speed cnc lathe is large two axis simultaneous, semi-closed-loop CNC lathe, integral casting of bed body, 60 °inclined layout of bed guide rail, the control system is FANUC 0i-TF (5) system and AC servo drive. Spindle parts within φ 260mm and disc parts within φ 400mm, and also can be machined in various ways. High rigidity structural design
The bed body is formed by integral casting, the bed guide rail is inclined at 60 °and has a large bearing section. Therefore, it has good rigidity and shock absorption, and can ensure high precision cutting.
High efficiency, low noise design
The main drive system adopts AC servo motor with high efficiency parallel V-belt direct drive spindle. Avoid noise problem caused by gearbox transmission chain.
High-speed, high-rigidity spindle
NSK precision high-speed spindle bearing set is used in the front and rear end of the spindle, and proper pre-tightening force is applied, match the best span support and box-type spindle box, so that the spindle has high rigidity and high-speed operation ability.
The horizontal motion of the saddle is connected with the ball screw by the servo motor through the bellows coupling, so as to drive the sliding body connected to the ball screw nut to make the reciprocating lateral movement.
